Booking & Agreement

By booking a service, the customer agrees to Raven Mobile Maintenance's pricing structure and policies. Scheduling a service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Pricing

Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. We will never charge more than the agreed-upon price without your prior approval.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept multiple payment methods — please confirm at the time of booking.

Right to Decline Service

Raven Mobile Maintenance reserves the right to decline service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for mobile service. This includes but is not limited to unsafe working environments, extreme weather, or inaccessible vehicles.

Pre-Existing Issues

Raven Mobile Maintenance is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues discovered during or after service. We will notify you of any concerns observed during the service visit.

Service Authorization

  • All quotes must be approved before service begins.
  • Quotes may be approved electronically or signed in person.
  • No work will be performed without customer authorization.
  • Approval confirms agreement to the pricing and scope of service.
